The Three Kings Theatrical Supply Group, hereafter, will be referred to as TTK.
1) All goods supplied remain the property of TTK, until paid for in full.
2) TTK will endeavour to despatch all orders received within 14 days. For items held in stock, orders will normally be despatched within 72 hours.
3) Orders weighing under 2kgs. are normally sent by Royal Mail at their standard rate, plus 70p for recorded delivery. For individual orders over £200, this charge is waived. Orders weighing over 2kgs. are normally sent by Courier at a standard rate. (Please contact us for the exact rate that applies) . Items required urgently/ same day where possible will be sent by courier, at the customer’s cost.
4) TTK will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, however caused.
5) TTK offers a no quibble guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product supplied, you may return it to TTK, providing you have informed TTK of the problem, by phoning 01252 371123, within 7 days from receipt of order to obtain a return reference number and form.
6) Non arrival of goods, within 7 days from date of invoice, must be notified to TTK at once, so that a claim can be made.
7) All items should be checked for any signs of damage in transit. Any goods so damaged, must be notified to TTK, within 24 hours, so that replacement item/items can be despatched, free of charge. You may be asked to return the damaged goods to TTK. This will be at the discretion of TTK.
8) An invoice will be sent at the time of despatch, either within the parcel or separately. All orders will have a delivery note enclosed. Payment to be made via cheque or credit/debit card. All invoices are to be paid by return, unless previously agreed with TTK. TTK reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% per calendar month, if payment is not received within this period.
9) Orders will be taken via phone, fax, and email or written. Phone orders will be taken from 0930hrs. to 1730hrs. If the office is not manned, then an answer phone service is available.
10) If an order is cancelled by the customer, after it has been despatched from TTK, then the customer will be held responsible for the safe return of the goods to TTK. The customer will also be responsible for any postage and packaging costs incurred by TTK in sending the order
11) Receipts will not normally be sent unless specifically requested..
12) Goods are not sold or tested as conforming to any British Standard Specification, or as fit for any particular purposes unless TTK expressly so states in writing.
13) TTK asks that any adverse reaction to any products supplied, are reported to TTK as soon as possible. Please inform TTK, so that an Adverse Reaction Reporting Form can be sent. We shall enclose a prepaid reply envelope, for this form to be returned to TTK.
14) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the rights of any buyer who deals with TTK as a consumer.
15) Please note that copyright rules apply to the use of The Three Kings Theatrical Supply Group logos used in any media.
16) We are VAT registered and can supply invoices for VAT purposes. VAT Reg No:- 816 1781 28
17) TTK is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, with the controller being Anne M. King. No information will be passed on to a third party without consent.
